With the lockdown from Corona Virus, we’ve gone through our frozen fig stock this winter…. One our of favorite recipes with figs we started using in 2017…as part of our catering at Ridge the Edge in Jamestown Tennessee. This time of year we reset our flower beds, make certain our pruning is complete, await the last freeze of winter, and prepare for a plethora of life to surround us. While we see that the end of winter is here… here’s a couple pictures of our gardens over the last couple months.
